Returns & exchanges

We gladly accept returns and exchanges. In case if the order is at the proper state but the customer still wants to return it, all delivery cost lies on the customer.

In case if you want to return the item because of damage of the items, we will send you a new item or corresponding parts for free. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Contact me within 10 days after delivery. Ship items back within 30 days after you received the package. 

We don't accept cancellations on customized goods. The return and exchange of customized orders are discussed individually.

 Shipping guarantee and 1-year warranty

We are responsible that the products will come in a proper state. We will send you new product or parts in case of damage during delivery or package loss. We also provide 1-year warranty. If the product has any fractures or damages that have appeared during usage and it is connected to the quality of manufacturing or materials, we will replace it.

Taxes and duties

Buyers are responsible for payment of local and import taxes and fees.
